

Shipping and Handling Policy:
Shipping prices are based on UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail, shipped within the continental US only.
Shipping for most in stock orders is usually in 2-3 days. We will process and ship as quickly and efficiently as possible. Sorry no C.O.D.'s.
Damaged Items:
If your shipment arrives and has obvious damage, due to handling of the package, note it to the driver and contact us as soon as possible. Keep the item and box for 7 days as it may have to be picked up by UPS.
Return Policy:
Returning of non-damaged items must be within 7 days of receipt of shipment (signed for). ALL returns will have a fee of 15% of the total order charged for your credit card order. This helps to cover charge card fees for purchase and returning. Returned items will be credited to your charge card for the amount of the item less 15% and original shipping costs. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All returns must be prepaid shipping, with insurance. Returned items must be in original packaging. We are not responsible for broken or lost return items. Close-outs, special orders or non-stock items are not returnable. All returns require a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER', you must contact us to receive one. If you do not have a number, your return will be refused and returned to you.
